MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Membership visits include inspection, preventive maintenance, and only the minor labor specifically included in the customer’s plan. Materials, replacement parts, specialty services, extensive repairs, and work exceeding the included labor allowance are billed separately with customer authorization. Membership does not provide unlimited handyman services.
The minor-maintenance allowance on Home Assurance and Total Home Care is up to 30 minutes per visit and does not roll over between visits.
